Daniel Pentecostes, 17, gets dressed in front of the mirror. From the table, the DVDs of himself preaching stare at him. Daniel is preparing for his tenth and last preaching at Gideõezinhos: next year he will be too old. While tying his tie, he does not know what is worse: the father's frustration with the decay that affects children preachers when they grow up or the excited look of young preachers, with years of preaching ahead of them, not knowing that the same mirror Daniel now faces awaits them.

In a Latin American country, a child’s notebook recounts a series of horrifying events that happened at the Big Moustache Clowns Circus. Presented as a children's horror story, it narrates the way in which tricks and torture were performed at the circus.

A feverish video mix reflects on Ecuadorian identity at the turn of the century. A mother and her son use the same video tapes to record themselves in parallel timelines, overlapping different impressions of the world. Images from the 1990s reveal to us a world still failing to solve the same old problems.
